Servisim is a service for assisting car owners to ease their maintenance and repair processes. The main goal of this service is to provide integrated solutions for your Fiat vehicle that improves the drivers' comfort, maintainence and safety. Servisim offers recommendations for repair shops, car parts stores, roadside assistance and much more.
We participated to Fiat Hackathon 2018 as a group of four, I was responsible in analysis of findings, development of user flow map, and design of interfaces. It was our goal to find out the design requirements and offers solution to a problem we found within a single day from start to finish. Our findings indicated that there was a gap between the technical service and the customers' expectations from a perspective. Our solution was to introduce a solution which remedied this problem by integrating a maintenance tracking module that included visualisation, and a rating system that also constituted the users to see and contact the technicians and their own ratings on different scales. All of these solutions were related to different parts of this problem.
