Monch/Longboard
This is a unique and holistic longboard design with a decal on the face-side illustrating a cat figure. Overall, the aim of this design project has been to create a seamless connection between the physical board, the illustration on it, and the skater (user) for emotional longevity.
As the protagonist of ill-fated long-boarding journeys, Monch is a thrill-seeking cat who accompanies the skaters throughout their journeys. Alas, our weary cat also has a habit of getting itself into trouble thanks to a couple of rats – Miik and Meek – that influence Monch to take poor decisionz. But who cares? After all, cats have 9 lives.
